Our Background

Nokuzola Bikitsha is our secret weapon. Amaster in the kitchen, she started her passion at a young age in the heart of the Eastern Cape. Zola completed her studies in Food Service Management at the Walter Sisulu University in 2000. After her studies, she joined one of the leading hospital groups and catering companies, ensuring that thousands of patients were able to recover swiftly, through her nutritious meals and kitchens she managed. Her Passion for cooking led her to become one of the SA Culinary Team members, she participated in the 2010 Culinary World Cup hosted in Germany and in the 2012 Culinary Olympics. Zola's heart is made of gold, she actively works with charities, crèches and homes to ensure her culinary expertise reaches everyone.

Kallien Erwee started out in production kitchens, and still feels at home in a mass production kitchen. Numbers and quality make her tick. Kallien completed her studies in Food and Beverage Management at Tshwane University of Technology in 2006. She shifted her focus in 2010 from the kitchen to the classroom where she taught various elements of cooking, cleaning and management qualifications. In 2018 she completed her Honours degree at GIBS in management.
